1. Purpose
These terms govern the purchase of audit services offered by Cedars Média (Quebec enterprise number 2282406950), doing business as SEO Roadmap Pro (“we,” “us”), through the website seoroadmappro.com. By purchasing an audit, you agree to these terms.
2. Description of the service
We provide a digital audit of your website covering technical search engine optimization (SEO), content, user experience (UX), and optimization for AI answer engines (GEO). The audit is delivered as a PDF report containing a prioritized 90-day roadmap.
The following add-on services are available:
- Keyword research (+$50 CAD)
- Hub & Spoke content strategy (+$50 CAD)
No access to your website (login credentials, hosting, etc.) is required. Our analysis is done entirely from your site’s public URL.
3. Price and payment
The price of the base audit is $190 CAD, payable in a single instalment at the time of purchase. Add-on services are billed at the same time, based on the options selected. No tax (GST/QST) currently applies, as SEO Roadmap Pro is not registered for tax purposes as of the writing of these terms.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not have access to your credit card information.
4. Delivery
Your report is delivered by email within 5 business days of receiving your payment and your website’s URL.
5. Refund policy — satisfaction guaranteed
If you are not satisfied with the delivered report, write to us at yannick@seoroadmappro.com within 7 days of delivery, explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will review each request in good faith and may offer a full or partial refund, at our reasonable discretion.
6. Client responsibilities
You warrant that you have the right to provide us with the URL of the site to be analyzed, as its owner or with the required authorization.
7. Limitation of liability
The audit constitutes recommendations and professional analysis. It does not constitute a guarantee of specific results, such as a particular search engine ranking or an increase in traffic or sales. Implementing the recommendations is your responsibility or that of a third party of your choosing.
8. Intellectual property
The delivered report belongs to you and you may use it freely for your business needs. The methodology, templates, and content of the seoroadmappro.com website remain the property of SEO Roadmap Pro.
9. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
