3. Personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect:
- Information provided at checkout, when you purchase an audit: your name, email address, business name if provided, your website’s URL, and any notes or comments you add. This information is collected through our payment platform, Stripe.
- Your payment information, processed entirely by Stripe. We never have access to your credit card number.
- Basic technical and browsing information, automatically collected by our web host (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), as well as through cookies described in section 8.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. The Site is not directed at a minor audience.
4. Purposes of collection
We use this information solely to:
- Carry out the audit you purchased and deliver your SEO roadmap
- Communicate with you about your order
- Ensure the proper functioning and security of the Site
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
5. Consent

6. Disclosure of your information to third parties
Stripe (payment processing): Stripe Inc. processes your payment information and certain contact information provided at checkout, acting as a service provider. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Google Fonts: our site uses the Google Fonts typeface (Archivo). Depending on the technical configuration in place, these fonts are either hosted locally on our server or loaded from Google’s servers, in which case your IP address may be transmitted to Google. Our site’s consent banner lets you manage this preference.

We may also disclose your information to any government or judicial authority, where required by law.
7. Transfer of personal information outside Quebec
Stripe is based in the United States and may process or store your personal information outside Quebec and Canada. Before transmitting personal information to Stripe, we considered the data protection framework this company publicly applies (including its compliance with the PCI-DSS security standard and its contractual data protection commitments), to the reasonable extent of our means as a small business.
8. Cookies and similar technologies

- Right of access: obtain confirmation that we hold personal information about you and receive a copy of it
- Right of rectification: have inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous information corrected
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent at any time
- Right to portability: receive, in a structured and commonly used format, the computerized personal information you provided to us
- Right to erasure: request the deletion of your information, subject to our legal obligations
- Right to cease dissemination, de-indexing, or re-indexing, in the cases provided for by law
